Our company, FAB Teknik Engineering Software Trade Joint Stock Company, has been designated as the data controller in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
a) Data Controller and Representative
In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law No. 6698"), your personal data may be processed by FAB Teknik Engineering Software Trade Joint Stock Company ("Company"), as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

c) To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred for the purposes of planning and executing the necessary activities for promoting and recommending the products and services offered by the Company according to the preferences, usage habits, and needs of the relevant persons; carrying out the necessary work by our business units to perform the commercial activities carried out by the Company, and managing the associated business processes; planning and executing the commercial and/or business strategies of the Company; ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of the Company and the relevant persons who have business relationships with the Company; to our customers, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions and private persons, limited to the purposes specified in the FAB Teknik Engineering Software Trade Joint Stock Company Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, which has been shared with the public on the website www.fabteknik.com, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698.

- To demand compensation for the damage in case of suffering a loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
